Green Card for Labourers or CSCS Labourer card
The CSCS Green Labourer card is seen universally across the industry as a great card for entry-level positions in construction and is the most common out of CSCS cards held by workers. The CSCS Green Labourer card is specifically designed for labourers, who are able to perform a range of manual labour tasks on a construction site. Therefore, anyone who is working in a labouring / building environment or interested any construction work that is physical in nature is able to apply for a green CSCS labourer card. The CSCS Green Labourer card has a validity of 5 years, with holders having to apply for a new card upon its expiry instead of renewal.
There are two different routes in which the Green Labourer Card can be obtained.

Note: If you hold a NVQ Level 1 in any Construction trade you only need to pass the corresponding Health Safety and Environment Test.
